The evocative setting, meticulously crafted in every detail, welcomes guests into a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for rediscovering the genuine flavours of Alto Molise.
The culinary offerings of the restaurant are deeply rooted in the local territory and focus on high-quality ingredients, almost exclusively sourced from local producers. The meats used come from surrounding pastures, ensuring freshness and traceability. The cheeses are carefully selected from the best artisanal productions in the area, as are the products from the garden, including the renowned Capracotta lentils, a true local excellence.
Wild herbs and vegetables, such as orapi, aspraggine, and watercress, are harvested following traditional methods, along with seasonal mushrooms like prugnoli, porcini, and dormienti, and the precious truffle, both black and white, which serves as a star ingredient in many dishes.
Special care is given to the preparation of pasta and desserts, all strictly homemade according to ancient recipes passed down through generations.
