The restaurant works exclusively by reservation and operates with a fixed menu formula, ensuring quality, freshness, and an excellent value for money. Each menu is defined in advance together with the guest, taking into account the availability of local catch, seasonal produce, and personal preferences. Menus for meat, vegetarian, children, and gluten-free diets are also available upon request.
Specializing in dishes made with fresh seafood, the trattoria offers courses that combine Molisani tradition, simplicity, and attention to detail. The fish is personally chosen by Giovanni and prepared on the same day to offer the very best of the local cuisine.
Il Rosso e il Nero has an intimate dining room with 30-35 seats, making it ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, or business dinners. It is also possible to reserve the entire room for events and special occasions. The environment is warm, informal, and welcoming, where guests truly feel at home.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, by reservation only, with Monday as the day off. To experience an authentic and relaxed gastronomic experience, it is recommended to book at least 1-2 days in advance.
