In the heart of Molise, just a stone’s throw from the village of Chiauci, one of the gateways to Upper Molise, lies a lush, cool and peaceful forest where you can spend moments of relaxation and enjoyment and on top of which you can also find traces of the Samnites, the ancient population that inhabited these areas.
But that’s not all. In the forest of Sant’Onofrio, surrounded by the beauty of turkey oaks (Quercus Cerris), there is also Cerris Park, an adventure park suitable for everyone, adults and children.
Inside is an equipped picnic area, a refreshment point and, of course, many trails: Mini, Orange, Heavenly, Green, Blue and Red in ascending order of difficulty and with different tests of skill and courage to face.
Among the attractions to try your hand at you can find bridges, ladders, ropes, fixed and swinging walkways, net walls, ropes, Tyrolean-style descents, slides and lianas. All while standing and walking in the balance at heights ranging from 4 to 10 meters!
Individual equipment (helmets, harnesses) is provided for everyone, an initial briefing is given, and there is supervision by professional and qualified instructors.
