Located in a peaceful and renowned area of Alto Molise, in the province of Agnone and just a short distance from the Celano-Foggia track and the UNESCO Mab Reserves of Collemeluccio and Montedimezzo, Agriturismo Staffoli Horses spans an area of 435 hectares. The complex, which centers around an 18th-century farmhouse carefully restored to maintain its original style, also includes a former hayloft converted into accommodations, a solarium, a swimming pool, and a stable adjacent to the farmhouses.
Specializing in horse breeding and training, the owners of Agriturismo Staffoli Horses are eager to share the unique characteristics of these animals, which have long been integral to human history. The meals are prepared using only products from local Molise farms: cheeses and dairy products come from the milk of animals grazing on the mountains of Alto Molise, cured meats and meats are sourced from certified regional and company-controlled farms, mushrooms and truffles are harvested from the surrounding land, homemade pasta is crafted on-site, bread is baked in a wood-fired oven, and all desserts are prepared locally; olive oil and wine are exclusively sourced from local Molise mills and wineries.
The farm is constantly dedicated to researching the quality and authenticity of local products. Guests can enjoy the pool, activities for children, Nordic walking, and excursions, as well as quad biking tours along the Molise trails.
