Eattico – Pesce Di Strada was born from Claudia and Pietro’s dream to offer an innovative interpretation of seafood street food, while staying true to the values of sustainability, environmental respect, and healthy eating. Their project was shaped by the desire to serve delicious, genuine, and responsible dishes that honour the sea without compromising its balance.
Every day, fresh fish is sourced through responsible fishing methods, attentive to marine biodiversity and free from invasive or destructive practices. This ethical approach is reflected in a menu that enhances freshness and authentic flavours, without using industrial products, preservatives, or chemically treated ingredients.
Eattico’s philosophy is based on the careful selection of raw materials, with a preference for zero-kilometre, traceable ingredients from high-quality local supply chains.
