Pizzeria Cavatelleria – La Quercia

La Quercia, founded in 1989 by the Scutti family, began as a restaurant and pizzeria in an ancient country house. The family-run management, rooted in farming tradition, has always focused on the quality and freshness of ingredients, creating dishes that enhance the authentic flavors of the region. The pizzeria is famous for its Neapolitan pizza, with dough that matures for at least 24 hours, made light and digestible thanks to natural fermentation. In 2014, the venue was enriched by the creation of Luppolover, an area dedicated to the tasting of selected beers, with particular attention to Czech draft beers. In 2017, after 50 days of renovation, La Quercia and Luppolover merged into a single location, creating an innovative gastronomic experience that celebrates the concept of “Nature that refreshes,” with dishes prepared to preserve the natural flavors and organoleptic characteristics.
La Quercia also offers a play area for children and convenient parking, making it the ideal place for families and groups.
