Each flavour is the result of a carefully balanced effort to highlight the authenticity of every ingredient.
Dolce made a clear and courageous choice: to say no to GMOs, hydrogenated fats, chemical emulsifiers, industrial preparations, artificial flavours, and colorants. Only rigorously selected and conscientious ingredients enter the laboratory: fresh milk, seasonal fruits, premium cocoa, Italian nuts, and natural spices. The list of ingredients is kept as short as possible because quality doesn’t need artifices.
