Founded in 2019 in the heart of Termoli, Gelalto is a natural gelato shop where artisanal passion blends with a constant search for quality. Established by those who firmly believe in the value of good and genuine products, Gelalto has distinguished itself with an authentic offering that is attentive to the health and taste of its customers.
Inside the laboratory, gelatos, yogurts, semifreddi, and cold pastries are created with natural ingredients, free from artificial flavours, colorants, or industrial semi-finished products. Everything is prepared with fresh seasonal fruit, high-quality milk, and homemade fruit nut pastes. For instance, the fruit gelatos contain between 50% and 70% fresh fruit, providing a healthy and intense taste experience.
Among the most appreciated flavours are the lactose-free dark chocolate, made with pure chocolate, and the artisanal Tiramisu, with homemade sponge cake, coffee, mascarpone, and a sprinkle of cocoa.
Gelalto also offers an exclusive selection of artisanal semifreddi, designed to surprise with elegance. The pistachio semifreddo, the gem of the gelato shop, is a refined creation made with almond biscuit, pistachio mousse, cream gelato, crunchy elements, lemon gelée, and a mirror glaze that makes it unforgettable.
