Guado Cannavina

Founded in 1995 as a family-run dairy farm and transformed into an agriturismo in 2005, Azienda Agricola Amicone today stands as a landmark for those wishing to experience the authentic traditions, flavors, and landscapes of rural Molise. Located in a panoramic position overlooking a green and peaceful valley, the Guado Cannavina agriturismo is just a few minutes away from Agnone and Capracotta, two towns rich in history and culture.
The structure offers four comfortable, recently renovated rooms, each equipped with a TV, private bathroom, heating, and free Wi-Fi connection. Guests can enjoy genuine, family-style hospitality, perfect for those seeking relaxation, a connection with nature, and cuisine deeply rooted in the local territory.
The agriturismo’s restaurant, featuring a cozy dining room heated by a large fireplace, serves typical dishes from the Molise tradition, made with seasonal ingredients from its own production. Specialties include artisanal cheeses, local cured meats, extra virgin olive oil, Montepulciano and Sangiovese wines, red potatoes, and legumes cultivated on the farm. Each dish tells the story and identity of a land that is still little-known but rich in authenticity.
The name “Guado Cannavina” comes from the location where the agriturismo is situated, once a place of transit and exchange between communities. Today, that past is renewed in the warm welcome extended to guests: an invitation to slow down, rediscover the land, and indulge in the true flavors of Molise.
