Primo Sole is an agricultural company located in the green hills of Molise, in the rural area of Montagano, dedicated to the production and processing of agricultural goods such as vegetables, legumes, cereals, and some innovative crops. Established in March 2016, the company was founded with the aim of continuing the legacy of an already well-established family-run farm. Drawing on traditional farming practices, it also embraced innovation by converting from conventional to organic farming and diversifying production to include vegetables, legumes, and ancient grains.
All raw materials used come exclusively from the company’s own fields, cultivated with care and dedication. Covering approximately 30 hectares, the farm is spread across the unspoiled territory of three municipalities: Montagano, Ripalimosani, and Campobasso. The operational headquarters is located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, in an area where the landscape ranges from 400 to 900 meters, favoring the cultivation of hardy crops, particularly those resistant to cold. The company’s agricultural practices are deeply rooted in the local farming culture and traditions.
Since 2018, Primo Sole has been certified organic. The production process follows strict ecological and sustainable practices: no chemical products or genetically modified organisms are used, and the preservation of the land is a central priority. Ecology is the foundation of the company’s philosophy and choices, aiming to provide a wholesome product while promoting environmentally responsible farming and a sustainable lifestyle.
