Among the meat-based first courses, guests can enjoy baked Molise-style lasagna, taccozze with chickpeas or beans, orecchiette with broccoli, cavatelli with pork ragù, rigatoni all’amatriciana, mezze maniche alla carbonara, and other pasta dishes served with traditional sauces. For seafood lovers, the menu features spaghetti with clams, paccheri with scampi, chitarrina allo scoglio, rigatoni with shrimp and mussels, and seafood risotto, offering authentic flavors of the sea.
