Caseificio Valmolise

Founded in 1957 by brothers Angelo and Nicola Di Paola, the dairy began its journey in Baranello (CB), where Angelo had already gained solid experience as a cheesemaker. During the 1970s, the business saw significant growth, fueled by increasing dairy consumption and a careful, tradition-respecting family management.
Over time, the company moved its production to a new facility in Campobasso and opened two retail outlets, marking an important expansion phase. In 1980, the entry of Angelo’s sons, Antonio and Giuseppe, gave further momentum to the business. In 1992, the modern Caseificio Valmolise plant was inaugurated in Busso. This facility, equipped with advanced technology, successfully integrates traditional processing methods with modern innovations.
The company’s mission is rooted in the exclusive transformation of Molisano cow’s milk, aiming to offer fresh, semi-fresh, aged cheeses and a bottled milk line that consistently preserve their organoleptic qualities. The dairy serves both private customers and businesses, with a clientele that includes retailers, distributors, large-scale retailers, and foodservice establishments.
Distribution is managed through direct sales, company-owned retail points, and major retail channels. Since 2003, Caseificio Valmolise has held the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification, ensuring that all products undergo regular inspections throughout every phase of production: from checking incoming milk to monitoring internal processing, packaging, and distribution.
This commitment guarantees high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, faithfully reproducing the authentic flavors of Molise’s dairy tradition.
