I Casali di Colle Monte

I Casali di Colle Monte were born from a passionate vision and a careful restoration project that transformed ancient rural structures into a charming agritourism retreat. As part of a family-run estate, the Casali are nestled on a panoramic hillside within several hectares of land, overlooking a valley of cultivated fields, quaint villages, and centuries-old olive groves.
Originally built between the late 1700s and the early decades of the 1800s, the buildings served as a countryside residence, complete with stables for horses and granaries. After World War II, they gradually lost their original purpose and fell into disuse.
The idea to restore these historic buildings took shape with the desire to breathe new life into them and create a unique place of beauty—an oasis where guests from all over the world could be welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restoration was carried out with great care and respect for tradition, including the recovery of original terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings, and fine natural lime plasters. A stunning infinity pool was also added, harmoniously integrated into the surrounding greenery.
Completed in 2018, the project resulted in a place of genuine hospitality, where nature, comfort, and a deep sense of warmth coexist. Adding to the charm is the welcoming presence of the family and their collaborators, who are always ready to receive guests as if they were at home.
