Dreams sometimes begin in the school halls, when one is still young and looks toward the future with eyes full of hope and a touch of recklessness. It is right there that this story begins, in the corridors of the Hospitality Institute, where Chiara, Mirko, and Roberta first meet. A bond that immediately goes beyond simple friendship: it is united by a shared vision, an authentic passion, and an extraordinary drive to succeed.
Today, the three of them are just over seventy years old, but their spirit remains the same: young, energetic, and determined. Their long experience in the world of hospitality and catering is filled with daily challenges, sacrifices, and renunciations, but also unforgettable moments and great satisfactions. This work, often carried out while others are celebrating, resting, or spending time with their families, is also a vocation. It is the art of caring for others, of creating experiences, of leaving a memory through a dish, a smile, and genuine hospitality.
It was clear from the beginning that the path wouldn’t be easy. However, this awareness led them to take on the challenge once again, with renewed enthusiasm. A new shared project was born, an adventure built on mutual trust, years of experience, and a desire to offer something authentic and true.
