After the experiences of Franz’s Pub, the agriturismo in Staffoli, the Wild Horse Saloon, and the Wild Horse Saloon, a new venue was established in 2018 for social evenings, lunches, and celebrations, offering outdoor activities for the whole family.
The venue is set in a warm and welcoming environment, surrounded by the unspoiled nature of Alto Molise.
Large windows offer views of the horse pastures, the stable facilities, the village of Carovilli, and, in the distance, the Mainarde mountain range.
Constructed entirely in wood, both inside and outside, the Bistrot creates a cozy and family-oriented atmosphere: a lit fireplace, candles, and soft lighting contribute to an intimate setting. A large fireplace dominates one side of the room, while a long bar with draft beers and country music in the background evokes the ambiance of a modern saloon.
Outside, the garden is divided into different spaces: during summer days, guests can enjoy meals on the lawn, under the shade of trees, or beneath elegant tents lit by hundreds of small lights.
Specialties include gourmet burgers and traditional dishes with a modern twist. It is an ideal location for intimate dinners, social gatherings, events, celebrations, or parties with live music, both in winter and summer.
