The bar is particularly recognized for its handcrafted croissants and the quality coffee provided by JOLLY CAFFE’, a renowned Florentine company that has been a partner for nearly 44 years.
In the early 2000s, a generational transition took place, culminating in a significant renovation of the premises in 2010. This modernization helped maintain the bar’s appeal while expanding its offerings.
